業務内容 / Job Description

ビジュアルエフェクト技術やソフトウェアの開発。 MayaやAfter Effectsなどのプラグイン、スクリプトや映像制作効率化のためのパイプラインツールの設計・開発を行います。3Dモデリング、アニメーション、ライティング、画像処理、フェイシャル・キャラクタアニメーション、自然現象のシミュレーションなど多岐にわたる分野をカバーし、よりクオリティの高いCG映像を効率的に制作できる環境を構築します。また、映像制作を技術面からサポートし、テクニカルディレクションを行ったりすることもあります。

以下、2種類の開発があります：

  • プラグイン・スタンドアロンツール開発

  • スクリプト・パイプライン開発


Development of visual effects (VFX) technology and software. You will design and develop plugins for software such as Maya and After Effects, as well as scripts and pipeline tools to streamline video production.

Covering a wide range of fields—including 3D modeling, animation, lighting, image processing, facial and character animation, and the simulation of natural phenomena—you will build environments that enable the efficient production of high-quality CG videos. Additionally, you will provide technical support for video productions, which may include taking on technical direction.

There are two categories of development:

  • Plugin & Standalone Tool Development

  • Script & Pipeline Development

    • C++17～ での開発経験、Python 3.x での開発経験

    • Qt等を使ったスタンドアロンアプリケーション開発経験

    • Templateメタプログラミングを用いたライブラリ設計・実装経験、高度なジェネリックプログラミングの理解（Concepts等）

    • C++20-23：ある程度のメイン機能の理解

    • Computer Graphics系の修士卒の知識（CG、画像処理、レンダリング、GPU等）

    • Git等のバージョン管理システムの使用経験

  • [スクリプト・パイプライン開発]

    • Python 3.x での開発経験、PySideを使ったUI開発経験

    • ビジネス日本語を話せる方

    • 4年制大学理工系卒業レベルの数学および物理の知識

    • MayaやAfter EffectsなどのDCCツールのスクリプト開発経験


  • A strong interest in video and film production.

  • A passion for taking on technical challenges.

  • Skill requirements vary between "Plugin & Standalone Tool Development" and "Script & Pipeline Development." You are welcome to apply for a specific role or both.

  • [Plugin & Standalone Tool Development]

    • Experience with C++17 or later and Python 3.x.

    • Experience in standalone application development using Qt or similar frameworks.

    • Experience in library design/implementation using Template Metaprogramming and a deep understanding of advanced generic programming (e.g., Concepts).

    • Knowledge of C++20–23 (understanding of core features).

    • Knowledge equivalent to a Master’s degree in Computer Graphics (CG, image processing, rendering, GPU, etc.).

    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • [Script & Pipeline Development]

    • Experience in Python 3.x development and UI development using PySide.

    • Business-level Japanese proficiency.

    • Mathematical and physics knowledge equivalent to a university degree in Science or Engineering.

    • Experience in script development for DCC applications such as Maya and After Effects.


勤務地 / Location

東京都世田谷区若林＜受動喫煙対策あり＞屋内原則禁煙（ビル内に喫煙専用室設置） または自宅、その他自宅に準じる場所（会社指定の場所）

変更の範囲：会社の定める場所

Wakabayashi, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo (Indoor smoking is prohibited; a dedicated smoking room is available in the building). or Work from home/remote (locations designated by the company).

Scope of change: Locations designated by the company.


雇用形態 / Employment Terms

正社員・契約社員 (契約期間：原則１年間、更新する場合、通算契約期間は上限5年とする)

スキルや業績に応じて正社員への切り替えも検討させて頂きます。詳しくは面接時にご質問ください。

Employment Type: Full-time or Contract (Contract term: 1 year, renewable up to a maximum of 5 years).

Conversion to full-time status is possible based on performance and skill; details can be discussed during the interview.

勤務時間 / Work Hours

専門業務型裁量労働制 (みなし1日7時間, 営業時間 10:00-18:00)

Professional Discretionary Work System (deemed as 7 hours/day; standard office hours: 10:00–18:00).


休日/休暇 / Holidays

土、日、祝日、年末年始、年次有給休暇

Weekends (Sat/Sun), Public Holidays, New Year’s holidays, and Annual Paid Leave.
