以下2種類の研究があります。両方、どちらかのみの応募も歓迎します。
[Research Scientist] 映像技術の研究。 新しい映像表現や映像品質の向上、制作の効率化などに貢献する技術テーマで研究を行います。国内外の技術者・研究者と共同研究をしたり、研究成果を国際学会などで論文発表します。CGの最新研究や先端技術の動向をふまえ、アルゴリズムや数学的な問題について専門的な相談役となります。
[Research Engneer] 最新の科学的知見・論文などの研究成果を基に、難易度の高いアプリケーション開発を行います。実際のアーティストが利用できるように実用化への橋渡しを行い、実用レベルの信頼性をもつ機能へ昇華させます。
We offer two types of research positions. You are welcome to apply for either one or both roles.
[Research Scientist] Research in visual technology. You will conduct research on technical themes that contribute to new visual expressions, enhanced image quality, and more efficient production workflows. You will engage in joint research with engineers and researchers both domestically and internationally, and present your research findings through papers at international conferences. Additionally, staying informed on the latest CG research and cutting-edge technology trends, you will serve as an expert advisor on algorithms and mathematical problems.
[Research Engineer] You will undertake the development of highly complex applications based on the latest scientific insights, academic papers, and other research findings. You will bridge the gap between research and practical application, elevating these concepts into highly reliable, production-ready features that can be effectively utilized by actual artists in their workflows.
求められるスキル / Required Skills & Qualifications
Computer Graphics 系の修士卒以上の知識（CG、画像処理、機械学習）
主著でのジャーナルの執筆経験
Python 3.x での開発経験
映像制作に興味があること

年間1本程度の技術発表
[Research Engneer]
C++17～ での開発経験
技術論文をスクラッチから再現できる能力
Knowledge equivalent to a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Graphics or related fields (CG, image processing, machine learning).
Experience writing academic journal papers as a lead/first author.
Development experience with Python 3.x.
A strong interest in video and film production.
[Research Scientist]
Ability to deliver approximately one technical presentation or publication per year.
[Research Engineer]
Development experience with C++17 or later.
Ability to reproduce and implement technical papers from scratch.

東京都世田谷区若林＜受動喫煙対策あり＞屋内原則禁煙（ビル内に喫煙専用室設置） または自宅、その他自宅に準じる場所（会社指定の場所）
変更の範囲：会社の定める場所
Wakabayashi, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo (Indoor smoking is prohibited; a dedicated smoking room is available in the building). or Work from home/remote (locations designated by the company).
Scope of change: Locations designated by the company.
雇用形態 / Employment Terms
正社員・契約社員 (契約期間：原則１年間、更新する場合、通算契約期間は上限5年とする)
スキルや業績に応じて正社員への切り替えも検討させて頂きます。詳しくは面接時にご質問ください。
Employment Type: Full-time or Contract (Contract term: 1 year, renewable up to a maximum of 5 years).
Conversion to full-time status is possible based on performance and skill; details can be discussed during the interview.

勤務時間 / Work Hours
専門業務型裁量労働制 (みなし1日7時間, 営業時間 10:00-18:00)
Professional Discretionary Work System (deemed as 7 hours/day; standard office hours: 10:00–18:00).
休日/休暇 / Holidays
土、日、祝日、年末年始、年次有給休暇
Weekends (Sat/Sun), Public Holidays, New Year’s holidays, and Annual Paid Leave.
